NAIL ART: GLITTER GRADIENT + BEADS

Nail art for short-medium length nails.

You will need: 2 different nail colors, glitter polish, clear polish (nail hardener), nail decorations (optional).

1) Start by applying a base coat to protect your nails.

2) Paint your nails neatly with the colors of your choice.

3) Now apply glitter polish by concentrating mostly on the tip of the nail like so..

 4) Repeat on as many nails as you like :)

5) Use a tweezer to pick up tiny nail decorations.

6) Place them carefully on top of wet polish.

7) Lastly, apply clear polish for a smooth and shiny finish.

Small tip: You can use nail paint remover on a cotton bud to wipe off the excess paint. :)

Keep it neat and simple!
Ciao! ;)

COMBAT LAZINESS

Hello everyone!

We all have those 'lazy' days when all we want to do is stay in bed! Here's a list of things you can do to fight laziness. It works for me, hope it does for you as well!

1) Do something you love: Whether its getting a manicure or simply listening to good music, do something for yourself. You could watch a movie, catch up on T.V shows, read your favorite book or play video games! Whatever makes you happy. :)

2) Plan a diet and exercise: Focus on eating healthy. We all know its hard to keep up with diet plans but it can be quite useful on lazy days when you shift your focus to healthy eating. Also, exercise generates positive energy which helps a great deal in fighting off laziness. You don't necessarily have to hit the gym to exercise. So that's a plus, especially for when you're lazy!

3) Relax: Negativity lies at the heart of anxiety and laziness. Sometimes we just need to relax, clear our minds and embrace positive thoughts. Relaxation is a great way to overcome laziness.

4)Do nothing: I know this might seem a little weird but most of us tend to think that we do nothing on lazy days. If you really think it through, we are always doing something, even if it isn't constructive, like watching T.V, playing games and so on. So, try doing absolutely nothing. Just sit down for however long without doing anything. Time yourself, it could be fun. :P

5) Take a nap: Power naps of 20-30 minutes can be very refreshing. Napping has psychological benefits. It rejuvenates one's mind so you'll wake up feeling a little less lazy, maybe?

6)Make a to-do list: This will help you get organized. It'll also help you manage your time and prioritize your tasks. You will feel motivated to complete tasks at hand and hopefully laziness will take a back seat then.

If none of the above work for you, you needn't worry because there isn't a complete solution to laziness. It's a state of mind where we simply lack the willpower to do something even when we can. So, no matter what we will always have those 'lazy' days in life.

Hope you guys enjoyed reading this. Will be back soon with more. Take care and stay tuned! :)
